Timesheets

RMOs are not required to fill in timesheets. However, you will need to complete an exception sheet for any duty outside of your usual roster, such as work on a public holiday or an extra duty. Exception sheets must be completed fortnightly, in line with your employment agreement.

Payroll Department

RMO_CC Water Feature.jpg

The Payroll Department can help with any problems regarding your pay.

The Payroll Department does not make changes to exception sheets or rosters. This is between you and your manager.

You can access your payroll details and payslips via the employee self service on the staff intranet - http://hrisweb/

Please come and see us in the Resident Doctors Support Team if you need any assistance understanding your payslip.

Visit the website at www.ird.govt.nz/ or the local IRD Office at 39 Durham Street, Sydenham, Christchurch.

If you have come from overseas, register with IRD as soon as possible, or your first pay may be delayed.

Your Orientation Pack includes a form for registering with the IRD.
